Shipping & Pick Up Policy

At Smokey & Moo's Treats, we strive to offer flexible shipping and pickup options for your convenience. Please read the following policies to understand our process.

Shipping Information

  • Turnaround Time:

    • Local Pickup: Orders are typically ready within 24 hours of order confirmation.

    • Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours after processing.

  • Shipping Locations:

    • We currently offer shipping across the United States.

  • Carriers:

    • We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for shipping.

  • International Shipping:

    • Currently, we only offer shipping within the U.S..

  • Delays or Missing Orders:

    • Smokey & Moo's Treats will make every effort to locate late or missing orders. However, once a shipment is marked as delivered and has proof of delivery via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, we are no longer responsible for the order. We rely on tracking information to provide accurate shipment data.

    • We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered, provided the address shown on the shipment is the same as the one used during the checkout process.

    • If your order is missing, we can assist you in working with the carrier to locate the package. However, we cannot be held liable for lost or delayed shipments once they are marked as delivered.

Pickup Options

We offer two convenient methods for order pickup:

  1. Curbside Pickup in Oakdale, PA

    • Location: Oakdale, PA 15071

    • By Appointment Only: Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time and date. You will also receive detailed instructions for a smooth pickup experience.

  2. Pickup at Events

    • Upcoming Events: We are pleased to offer the option to pick up your order at select events. One day prior to the event, we will send you a reminder with event details, including the date, time, and location, along with instructions on when and where to collect your order.

    • Failure to Pickup at Events: If you are unable to pick up your order at the event, it will be available for pickup at our Oakdale, PA location for up to 5 business days following the event.

    • If your order is not picked up within this 5-business day period, a $5 inconvenience fee and a $10 handling, restocking, or disposal fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, you will no longer be eligible for future event pickups.

    • Please note that if you have scheduled a pickup date and your items have been placed into the designated pickup box, but you fail to collect your order, you will be held responsible for the FULL cost of the items and a disposal fee of $10. Since the items are left outside, their quality and integrity may be compromised, and we will be unable to resell them. For this reason, we do not place items in the pickup box until the pickup date and time have been confirmed.

  3. Failure to Pickup in Oakdale

    • If your order is not picked up from our Oakdale, PA location within 5 business days after notification, and we have not received any communication from you, your order will be refunded minus a $10 handling, restocking, or disposal fee.

    • Customers who repeatedly fail to pick up their orders (either from events or Oakdale) will no longer be eligible for future pickup options. In such cases, orders will be canceled and refunded, unless shipping is selected at checkout.

    • Please note that if you have scheduled a pickup date and your items have been placed into the designated pickup box, but you fail to collect your order, you will be held responsible for the FULL cost of the items and a disposal fee of $10. Since the items are left outside, their quality and integrity may be compromised, and we will be unable to resell them. For this reason, we do not place items in the pickup box until the pickup date and time have been confirmed.
